How often will I receive updates about my pet during their stay?
At Camp Furry Paws, we understand how much you miss your pet while you're apart, which is why we provide regular updates during their stay. For standard boarding, we send photo updates once daily, typically showing your pet during playtime, relaxing in their accommodation, or enjoying special attention from our staff.
These updates are typically sent via text message or email, depending on your preference. For extended stays of a week or longer, we also provide a brief mid-stay report summarizing how your pet is adjusting, their eating and activity levels, and any notable behaviors or interactions. If you'd like more frequent updates, we offer a premium update package with twice-daily photos and brief status reports for an additional fee.
Of course, if you're particularly concerned or missing your pet extra much, you're always welcome to call during office hours for a verbal update from our staff.
